I am Gaby Melian, a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the field, where I’ve taken many different roles: private chef, culinary instructor, empanada vendor at Food Street Fairs, official Food Revolution ambassador with Jamie Oliver (the British chef founder of Food Revolution), Manager at Bon Appétit magazine's Test Kitchen, where I participated in their videos which is why my face is probably familiar to you. 

In 2020, I left the Test Kitchen and have been working on my projects, developing recipes, creating content on my YouTube channel from my home kitchen: “Gaby's Kitchen.” and sharing my journey on social media.
