Hola! I am Gaby Melian
Chef, educator, food storyteller, and lifelong kitchen nerd and recipe developer. I grew up in Buenos Aires surrounded by home cooks and amazing family meals. After journalism school, I chased my food dreams to NYC, trained as a pro chef, and started sharing my love of cooking with the world.
From test kitchens to Social Media, I've worn a ton of hats (private chef, instructor, author, kitchen organizer, you name it). These days, you’ll find me whipping up new recipes for my books, social media, and Gaby’s Kitchen—my own creative hub. I live in Jersey City with my trusty sous-chef, Pucho the dog.
